Sting 2024 promises to be an unforgettable event, showcasing a diverse lineup of renowned artists across genres such as reggae, dancehall, hip hop, soca, and R&B. This year, the festival will be held in Portmore, its traditional home, over two days. Day 1 will occur at Jamworld on December 26, and Day 2 will be hosted at Sugarman Beach on December 28, 2024.

ABOUT STING
The Sting brand has outlived 40 years and at that 40 years of greatness in that it has given life to a number of current “Big” brands such as Monster Energy, Magnum Tonic Wine & Shandy etc.
STING is the longest-running one-night reggae and dancehall brand in the world (founded 1984). The festival is held on the same date every year, December 26 (Boxing Day). Sting holds the record for the largest number of patrons in attendance for any one-day reggae dancehall event in Jamaica (+42,000). Sting 2012 was the third most trending topic on Twitter (December 27) – a first for any Jamaican production. Sting first left Jamaica to Antigua and St. Marteen 1988, Trinidad 1994, Trinidad and St. Lucia in 1995, Miami (staged three times) in 1996, and for the first time in Connecticut in 2003. “STING Without Borders” ran in cities such as Miami, Japan, Antigua, and Trinidad & Tobago.
