This is not a vegan store as it is advertised and stated on the store's signage. The staff's customer service is very poor and below standard. They would not allow customers to sample any of the ice creams. After eating an ice cream, turns out its regular ice cream that are made by Devon House and Creme. Its a sham and fake vegan ice cream store.

I made my order, went to the shopping mall across the road came back like 40 minutes later and my order still was not completed, I know it's done to order but the place was not full, there was only three of us there and the two came after me, what I bought tasted ok but service was slow

I must say Jamaica Customer Service is less than desirable
but I have to give thumbs-up to the staff of Jamaica Plumbing from the Security to Supervisors they go above and beyond what you expect, which is the essence of true customer service.
I wish more organizations and personnels working would take a page or the whole book from your personnels.

I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you and keep up the great work.
I also must mention your website is one best one so far in this industry.
