Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Wild Rides Party Rentals, engaging with customers to identify their needs, recommend rental solutions, and drive sales. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable rental packages.
• Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products and services effectively.
• Order Management: Process orders accurately, manage payments, and coordinate deliveries or pickups.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on inventory, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
• Store Presentation: Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 CXC/CSEC subjects, including English and Mathematics.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic POS systems.
