Job Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, and lead a team to ensure smooth, efficient service and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, assign tasks, and ensure staff meets performance goals.
• Operations Management: Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of rental equipment.
• Logistics Coordination: Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare inventory and operational reports; recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
