January 19, 2025 on Vital Vegan Ice CreamThis is not a vegan store as it is advertised and stated on the store's signage. The staff's customer service is very poor and below standard. They would not allow customers to sample any of the ice creams. After eating an ice cream, turns out its regular ice cream that are made by Devon House and Creme. Its a sham and fake vegan ice cream store.

January 7, 2025 on Calle FiestaI made my order, went to the shopping mall across the road came back like 40 minutes later and my order still was not completed, I know it's done to order but the place was not full, there was only three of us there and the two came after me, what I bought tasted ok but service was slow
