7 months agoI was super excited to try this place and glad I finally did , overall service was good and the place had a nice vibe especially upstairs. I tried the lobster Mac and cheese and I must say I wish I would have ordered the chili wings instead . They were hot and tasted much better than my over cooked lobster Mac & cheese. Not only was my lobster chewy I found mold colored macaroni noodles after I had already left the resturant. I didn't bother finishing it after that out of disgust. Dispite the findings I can see myself trying lucky crab again since my friends wings were good , But I would definetly keep an eye out next time before leaving.

a year agoMy first visit was good one, and the food was very tasty, delicious, and properly prepared my lady had sweet and sour Lobster 🦞 I had BBQ pork chops with garlic shrimp 🍤. The waiters or very friendly and polite jovial, always smiling, which is a good thing. Been dreaming of going back for the sweet n sour lobster 🦞 anytime now

4 months agoMy family came to dine and the atmosphere was very nice. Our server Jody-ann was phenomenal. She ensured we were good and ensured we got our order in a timely manner. I definitely recommend the cray fish soup and the steam fish. Also their drinks are amazing. Customer service is non existent in Jamaica but customer service was A1 here at lucky crab Portmore!

3 months agoI dined on Emancipation day , was me and my families first time.We had a great time , the servers Rasheda and RaeAnna were amazing they made us laugh! As well as versatile with the menu. The food was Outstanding , despite the wait. This branch is the best.... gonna try the other one next week

4 months agoSo, I took my son and his friends to Buzzer but didn't wanna stay inside. So I came out to Lucky Crab by the bar to have a drink and aftee being indecisive for couple minutes here come Rae-Anna one of the servers. She directed me to Joseph( the MIXOLOGIST) who made me not only refreshing, but delicious drinks... I will recommend and definitely be back. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS MAKES A GREAT EXPERIENCE....
