I had a fantastic experience at Marshall’s Pharmacy thanks to the Katherine. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and efficient. Despite a busy line, she managed to serve everyone with a smile and a positive attitude. She was also very knowledgeable and helped me quickly find the items I needed, ensuring I knew the costs of each item before joining the line. Great customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness shown by Katherine. I highly recommend Marshall’s pharmacy, and a big thank you to Katherine for making my visit pleasant!

Shauntel the pharmacist is a very nice person with a nice personality. She always checks up on me. I know that I will get a call once she states that she will get back to me when it comes on to my medication. Very nice, she always looks out for me, there is nothing bad to say about this lady. She knows how to talk to her customers. I admire all those things about her. She makes visiting Marshalls pharmacy a warm experience.
