The pharmacy explicitly lives up to its name to emphasise the price on most things but seems in the ballpark with other pharmacies in drug prices.
Great staff for sure from my many observations. The gym above the nice bright lit store is a thing the staff seem to have adopted to ( you’ll understand when you get there) based on responses when asked.
All in all a nice pharmacy.
This store lacks proper management. The employee at the door spraying sanitizer was unmasked and refused to put on his mask when I raised a concern. Same thing with the woman leaning on the counter. I asked for a manager. No response. I had to leave without getting what I needed.
UPDATE: This happened today, Tuesday February 9, 2021 at the Sovereign Village in Portmore about midday.
The pharmacist at this pharmacy need training. They have no customer service whatsoever! This is my third time coming here with this set of staff is horrible.
I will not be using the service at the dispensary until those staff members do better.
