Ok so the food is good. There is an affordable fried/baked chicken option which is good also. I also love the curried goat and roti. Where it gets sour is the staff. I believe that no matter where you are working, you should practice good customer service and I must say most of the staff have none especially this dark skin girl. She behaves as if we are begging to be served and she does not know how to properly speak to customers. Talk about dragging her foot as if she is in her living room and we are a bother. Its a shame because the owner or manager is quite friendly and polite to customers. Look into training these people because they WILL affect business..
Front of the house staff needs to be reminded that it is the customers whome keep them employed. They seem too unbothered when a customer desides to leave after what he/she craves is not available. Notwithstanding, better care needs to be taken to observe the major food choices of customers to ensure adequate availability of same to satisfy the demand. If its bake chicken customers desire please prepare more bake chicken than the fry alternative. Lastly, the inconsistency with the meal size (food quantity) is a bother and should be corrected.
The only restaurant you go to and spend 900 on fry chicken only to be told you’re not allowed to have curry mutton gravy.
Can you imagine somewhere tell it’s customers they can’t have gravey? Lol and they’re so expensive you’d think it’s the least they can do
